Parkwind develops, finances, and operates offshore wind farms. Since 2023 Parkwind has been wholly owned by JERA, the Japanese energy group that is one of the world’s largest electricity producers. It is now part of JERA Nex, JERA’s renewable energy subsidiary.

As our global portfolio grows, we are looking for a Digital Development Manager to join our team.

Your Role:

  •        You liaise with all internal partners for their data analytic needs and prioritize the strategy on how to respond to them.

  •        You define the strategy for which digital tools we will self-develop, co-develop or commercially attract and assures the correct maintenance of these tools.

  •        You are knowledgeable on data analytic tools and technologies such as anomaly detection, machine learning, artificial intelligence, ...

  •        You understand and collaborate towards the optimal data architecture.

  •        You have a strong understanding of the IT, OT and cyber security risks and will engage in the mitigation strategies..

  •        You have the competency to identify the commercial value of data and how to enable this throughout the company.

  •         You are ready to build ad-hoc teams around data topics liaising with all different capability pools.

  •        You are a strong support for the operational reporting needs, both engineering as managerial, such as automatic reports, dashboarding, alarming’s, etc…

 

Job requirements

Your Profile:

  •        A master’s degree in an engineering or related field.

  •        You have at least 10 years of experience as a data analyst, with a technical and strategic background.

  •        You can demonstrate a strong capacity towards manager of change.

  •        You are an effective listener, and communicator and you can detect and interpret the changing needs of the company.

  •        You have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  •        You have a technical and data-driven mindset.

  •        Willingness and flexibility to travel occasionally.

  •        Fluency in English is a must.
