We are seeking a highly organized and proactive student to reinforce our HR team for 20 hours per week. This multifaceted role will involve efficiently supporting HR processes, providing operational support in recruitment, and administering learning and development initiatives.

Your role:

HR Process Support:

  • Collaborate with the HR team to support in various HR processes, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee records maintenance, and offboarding.

Learning & Development Administration:

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs, workshops, and other learning initiatives to foster employee development and skill enhancement.

  • Manage the administration of learning and development activities, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and handling feedback and evaluations.

  • Collaborate with external trainers or vendors to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.

  • Ensure internal and governmental registration compliance.

Purchase Order Management:

  • Generate and maintain purchase orders for HR-related goods and services, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

  • Collaborate with HR team members to identify procurement needs and obtain necessary approvals for purchase requests.

Expense Policy Adherence:

  • Ensure compliance with the company's expense policy and guidelines.

  • Review employee expense reports for accuracy, legitimacy, and adherence to company policies.

Roll-out Support:

  • Provide administrative support during the rollout of new HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.

Data & Report Management:

- Generate reports as needed to support HR decision-making processes.

Recruitment:

- You provide assistance in the draft of the job descriptions, and you publish them.

- You provide assistance in screening CV’s.

- You assist in the close administrative follow-up.

Job requirements

Your Profile:

  • You are at least in your 3rd bachelor year in a social direction (HR, psychology, law, commercial sciences …)

  • Familiarity with or strong interest in HR processes and best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • The ability to collect information and to thoroughly analyze that information.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, making a decision based on insights drawn from the collected information.

  • You have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and you easily establish contact with employees at all levels of the organization.

  • You have attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.

  • A collaborative and team-oriented work style, contributing to a positive and cooperative work environment!
