Considering its further international business expansion, Parkwind is looking to enlarge its Business Support Services team with a Management Assistant.

Your Role:

You will primarily work as a project assistant, but you are part of the Business Services Services team, involving general administrative tasks and back-up of colleagues in all areas from reception, to travel, to events.

Provide support to the project manager and the project team:

  •        Organize project related meetings

  •        Take minutes of team meetings, management meetings and occasional technical or commercial meetings where needed

  •        Lay out (official) documents

  •        Compile or prepare slide decks

  •        Coordinate international visits

  •        Coordinate and redact reports

  •        Coordinate workflows for specific aspects of the project

  •        Manage stakeholder register

  •        Create project related PO’s

Provide general support as a member of the Business Support Services team:

  •        NDA administration

  •        Schedule meetings

  •        Handle translation requests

  •        Conference registrations

  •        Various other administrative tasks

Job requirements

Your Profile:

  •        Have an interest in all aspects of offshore wind

  •        Excellent English verbal & written communication skills

  •        Find your way in technical, legal, finance…. lingo

  •        Microsoft Office holds no secrets for you

  •        Strong organizational skills

  •        Team Player
